Who builds your systems
Throughput was founded by Chris Shearer, an extraction chemist and operator with 15+ years of hands-on experience in plant medicine and large-scale extraction. That is not a background in marketing technology that wandered into the hemp and wellness space. It is a career spent inside the regulated supply chain, on the production floor, accountable for output and compliance at the same time.
He has designed million-dollar C1D1 extraction labs. C1D1 is a Class 1, Division 1 hazardous-location standard. Building to it means engineering for strict safety code, regulatory inspection, and zero margin for the kind of shortcut a generalist agency would never even know to avoid. The same discipline that keeps a solvent extraction room compliant is the discipline we bring to your payment routing, your data handling, and your customer-facing systems.
He is a systems thinker who mentally runs a process in 3D before building it. That habit is why the systems we deliver are designed end to end, not bolted together from parts that were never meant to work as one.
